It helps fund my book hoarding, plant collecting, and maybe a fourth cup of chai. Thank you for enabling me.

A refreshing summer drink that pairs perfectly with flipping manga pages or pretending you live in a slice-of-life anime.

The Vibe:

This drink tastes like the opening scene of a summer romance manga, sunlight pouring through your window, a fan whirring in the corner, and your latest comfort read open on your lap. It’s bright, fizzy, and just a little dramatic (especially if you garnish it like you’re starring in your own cozy cafe AU).

Recipe with no yap or photos (keep scrolling if you want to see if with those):

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup peach nectar or juice

  • ½ tablespoon lime juice

  • Sparkling water or lemon-lime soda

  • Ice

  • Peach or lime slices (optional, but highly aesthetic)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Pour in the peach nectar and lime juice.

  3. Top it off with sparkling water (or go for lemon-lime soda if you’re feeling extra sweet).

  4. Stir gently.

  5. Garnish, sip, and sigh dramatically like you’re in the middle of a second-chance summer love story.

(aka here’s what you could be reading while sipping, even if you didn’t this time, no judgment.)

Pin it, Sip it, Save it:

Don’t forget to share this mocktail with your bookish bestie, or pin it for your next “I need serotonin in a glass” moment.
